LES MIS CH 3

The Bishop managed to visit all thirty-two curacies, forty-one vicarships, and two hundred and eighty-five auxiliary chapels despite it being a difficult task especially since he went on foot, spring-cart, and donkey. The two old women accompanied him and he let them rest and continued alone when it became to difficult for them. He arrived at Senez one day and was received by the citizens laughing at him and glares from the mayor. Instead of retaliating he calmly replied to their laughter by speaking about Jesus. He was rather kind when traveling and talked and listened to others and talked to them about their problems comparing them to similar problems in other districts. He told people of how to deal with one another peacefully in the greedy villages. How to deal with for example family heritage and if when the head of the house that works is sick. He taught them how to be better people an how to help one another when in need of assistance.

DEAR TEACHERS

One thing I wish my teachers would do differently to help me learn and improve my life is leaving more notes, lists, or steps on an assignment, especially if its a long or confusing one. Some teachers do leave some notes or reminders on their assignment, but at times I do need more that their is and am left unsure of what I have to do in order to finish the assignment. The notes and list of steps would in turn help me know exactly (as exact as or a general idea) of what I have to do on the assignment. The ones I need more are reminders of important topics we said during online zoom class periods, mainly because sometimes I don't remember exactly what we said. These would be amazing as I do forget topics very easily and I thrive on notes, lists, and reminders of what I need to do.

PAGES FROM MY JOURNAL #1

August, 20     Question : Why is it that so many young people want to be older, and so many older people want to be young? How do you feel about your age?      Younger people want to be older to be seen as more mature and responsible. Some may want to be older in order to work and earn their own money, be able to live in on their own, or any other adult like subject that seems fun and exciting in their eyes. They mainly just want to be older or seen as an older individual in order to stop being nagged at by others and have freedom in their lives without someone looking over their shoulders at all times. However older people want to be younger in order to reclaim their youthful, energetic, and stronger self they used to have. Some may just want to look younger or not have as many responsibilities like taxes. As for me I feel stuck in the middle. I don't want to be younger as I would get less freedom in my life and don't want to be as old as to miss out on the teenage years of my

LES MIS #1

M. Myriel had many rumors and remarks made about him the very moment he arrived in the diocese. He was also the son of a councilor of the Parliament of Aix, which also made him a nobility of the bar. He however was well formed, short in stature, elegant, graceful, intelligent, and devoted. However during the Revolution all the parliamentary families where decimated, pursued, hunted down, and dispersed, which led M. Charles Myriel to immigrate to Italy. His wife died due to sickness of the chest which left him by himself since he didn't have any kids. Afterwards he came back from Italy a priest and no one knew any more than that. The Emperor Napoleon had come to visit his uncle and took a liking to him, which lead to M. Myriel being appointed as Bishop of D. However little was known about what happened next due to even his family not being that much acquainted with the Myriel family before the Revolution. Since little was known about him rumors arised again but soonly died down. M. M

Essay1:argument

Imagine yourself in a predicament where you are working, helping out, or doing anything related or similarly close to it. Now I want you to picture yourself working, minding your own business and then, suddenly are being told that you aren't doing your work correctly. In this type of situation a person would have one of two reactions, that being either seeking out a discussion with the person and taking their arguing and nagging as help in understanding what you are doing wrong, or ignoring their comment and acting as if your in the right, therefore ignoring there proposal to help. Choosing to take the help of others would best suit not only you but the other person that your discussing with, by letting you both try and come to a clearer idea of what to do in order for both of you to not make any mistake in the future when faced with a similar problem. However on the other hand choosing to ignore someones help would not only confuse both of the people in the discussion, but
